Curia, our flagship product, turns saved content into audio shows built around what each user is actually curious about. Alongside Curia, we run smaller experiments testing recent formats for participatory media.
We're a small team of builders who've shipped consumer and AI products at scale, and we move fast.

Role Description
This is a full-time growth remote internship.

You'll work directly with the founding team across content, social, product ops, and growth experiments for Curia. That means writing and posting content that actually represents the product, running social channels, digging into product usage data to find where users drop off, and building and shipping experiments to fix it. This isn't a role where you sit in one lane.
One week you might be drafting copy,



the next you're pulling retention numbers or testing a new onboarding flow. You'll have real input into what we test next, not just execution of someone else's plan.

Qualifications
Sharp writer, can produce copy that's clear and doesn't read like marketing filler
Comfortable with data: can pull numbers, spot patterns, and draw conclusions without someone walking you through it
Some exposure to growth/marketing analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, or similar) is a plus
Active on social platforms and understands what makes content work, not just from a personal account, from a brand perspective
Curious about consumer behavior, especially around media and attention
Bias for action, you'll figure things out by testing rather than waiting for a perfect plan
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field, this is about aptitude, not major
Bonus: you've grown something yourself, a newsletter, a community, a side project, anything with
