About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Frontend Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our core engineering team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will focus on building highly interactive, scalable, and visually polished web interfaces for our enterprise-grade SaaS platform.
We value strong engineering foundations over specific keyword matching. If you have a rock-solid grasp of JavaScript and React basics, love solving complex UI challenges, and are a natural self-learner who thrives in a collaborative startup workplace, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Feature Delivery: Develop robust web applications from scratch and maintain existing workflows using ReactJS and TypeScript.
UI/UX Implementation: Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, highly responsive interfaces using modern CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS, Material UI (MUI), or Ant Design.
Performance Optimization: Proactively monitor and optimize frontend performance. Implement techniques like lazy loading, code-splitting, asset optimization, and efficient re-rendering to ensure sub-second page loads.
Build System Management: Maintain and configure local bundlers and build tools to ensure smooth development workflows
