Position Summary
This role supports the quality of the compliance program by checking the analysts' work, fixing gaps found during reviews, and making sure staff are properly trained. It also keeps the country risk assessment updated and prepares reporting for senior leadership so problems are caught early rather than turning into backlogs.
What You'll Do
• Review a sample of analyst decisions across transaction monitoring, sanctions, name screening, and onboarding/KYC refresh, checking both the outcome and the quality of the analysis behind it.
• Share review findings with team leads and follow up until the issues are fixed.
• Build and deliver compliance training, adjusting the content to what each team actually needs to know for their role.
• Keep the country risk assessment updated so it correctly guides how controls are applied across the business.
• Prepare metrics and reports for the Executive Committee and Compliance leadership, and monitor workflow so nothing backs up unnoticed.

What You Bring
• 3 to 6 years of experience in BSA/AML or sanctions compliance,



including time in a QA, audit, or training role.
• Good understanding of AML and OFAC rules and what strong case documentation looks like.
• Experience working in a US fintech or financial services environment.
• Comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback and presenting to different audiences, from recent employees to senior leadership.
• Able to turn day-to-day data into clear, useful reports.
• The shift timings for this role will be 11 AM to 8 PM IST. However, this role requires shift flexibility to support a US client and shift timings may change in the future. It follows a 5-day workweek.
