Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Gurugram. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels such as search, social, display,



and affiliate platforms to drive qualified leads and revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, setting up and tracking performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with content, product, and sales teams to refine messaging and funnels. The role involves analyzing campaign data to generate insights, preparing regular performance reports, and recommending strategies to improve acquisition, retention, and ROI. The Performance Marketer will stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Bytescare’s marketing efforts remain competitive and aligned with business objectives.
