Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, and master schedules for all execution phases.
Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and design blueprints.
Financial Management: Build and manage project budgets, track daily expenses, and oversee vendor invoices to prevent cost overruns.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary link between client expectations, interior designers, general contractors, and trade specialists.
Procurement Management: Oversee the sourcing, ordering, and tracking of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E;) to avoid delivery delays.
Risk & Problem Resolution: Proactively flag material shortages, site issues, or timeline delays and implement quick troubleshooting strategies.
Documentation & Contract Handling: Review contractor agreements, manage change orders,
and maintain accurate records of drawings and approvals.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or skilled diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience managing mid-to-large-scale residential or commercial interior design fit-outs.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in drafting and modeling tools like AutoCAD or SketchUp, alongside MS Office.
Project Tools: Familiarity with project scheduling platforms or specialized design manager software.
Industry Knowledge: Robust understanding of millwork/carpentry, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) drawings, material finishes, and building codes.
Soft Skills: Superior negotiation, conflict resolution, verbal communication, and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
