​What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
​Brand Strategy & Growth: Define, execute, and scale high-impact social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
​Content Creation & Design: Conceptualize and produce visually compelling posts, high-converting Reels/Shorts, stories, and graphics using Canva and creative design tools.
​Content Planning: Own and manage a comprehensive monthly content calendar aligned with corporate milestones and marketing campaigns.
​Community & Engagement: Monitor social trends,



interact with our online community, and foster meaningful engagement with industry stakeholders.
​Performance Analytics: Track campaign KPIs, analyze audience growth metrics, and translate data into actionable insights through weekly/monthly performance reports.
​Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal technical and commercial teams to showcase our sustainable energy initiatives effectively.
​What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
​Experience: Proven track record as a Social Media Executive or Specialist (1–3 years preferred).
​Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of platform-specific algorithms, organic growth tactics, and professional B2B/B2C communication—especially on LinkedIn & Instagram.
​Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Canva, video editing apps, and social media scheduling/analytics tools.
​Creative Mindset: Strong storytelling ability with a keen eye for modern design trends and viral
