Role Description The Sales Executive role at Nirman Trading is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing customer relationships, and promote the company’s range of industrial accessories. Daily activities include visiting clients, presenting product options, preparing and following up on quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment,



and gathering market insights to support sales strategy. The Sales Executive is expected to meet sales targets while providing responsive and professional service to all customers.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Customer relationship management abilities, with a focus on trust-building, follow-up, and after-sales support.
Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to present technical products clearly and confidently.
Basic understanding of industrial products or accessories; prior experience in industrial trading or B2B sales is an advantage.
Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, CRM software) to track sales activities.
