Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2B Sales Executive role based in New Delhi. The B2B Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective business customers, conduct outreach through calls, meetings, and industry networking, and present product solutions tailored to client needs. The role includes managing the entire sales cycle: understanding technical requirements, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The executive will maintain regular communication with existing clients, provide post-sale support,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Daily activities also involve updating CRM or sales records, tracking market trends, and contributing to sales strategies for aluminum pigments.
Qualifications
(Compulsory) Proven experience in B2B sales, in industrial, chemical, pigment, paint, inks related products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for working with business clients.
Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customer-focused solutions.
Comfort with lead generation, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in an on-site setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of the New Delhi market and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
