Position: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Teaching and Non-Teaching positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Coordinate interviews and selection processes with hiring managers and academic heads.
Handle offer rollouts, documentation, background verification, and pre-employment formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for academic and administrative positions.
Coordinate with various departments and campuses for manpower requirements.
Support bulk hiring and recruitment drives for Teaching and Non-Teaching positions.




Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Strong hands-on experience in Teaching and Non-Teaching staff recruitment.
Candidates with experience in the Education / Academic sector will be preferred.
Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Robust communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and recruitment/job portal platforms.
Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring requirements simultaneously.
Pune-based candidates are preferred.
