We are looking and experienced Executive Assistant to our CEO/CSO/CXO. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, Attention to detail, Proactive, Adaptability, Tech Savvy, Energetic, Logical thinking, Maintain high level of confidentiality, Problem solver and handle multiple assignments assigned.

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high-level executives. They should be well organised and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Job Responsibilities
Managing an extremely active calendar
Drafting and maintaining confidential correspondence
Arranging complex and detailed travel plans
Business development support
Ability to take initiatives and work independently with professional discretion
Act as a gatekeeper, managing communications at levels
Demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support
Research,



prioritise and follow up incoming concerns and queries
Build and maintain professional relationships to leadership team
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for business needs
Maintain smooth communication between Corporate Office and all departments
Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables
Qualifications
MBA or Bachelor's degree is mandatory
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other business suits will be added advantage
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with excellent follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience
3+ Experience in corporate operations
Hyderabad Based applicant only
Good Communication and Vocabulary Skills
Language must : English, Telugu and Hindi
Any Industry experience is fine
