Role Description The Senior Application Engineer role at Atexco India is a full time, on-site position based in Surat. This role involves providing technical support for digital printing machines, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The Senior Application Engineer will collaborate with software, electrical, and mechanical teams to optimize machine performance and support application-specific requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting testing and calibration,



training customers and internal teams, documenting technical issues and solutions, and coordinating with global and local stakeholders to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Create custom ICC profiles using spectrophotometers such as X-Rite for accurate and consistent color reproduction.
Train customers on printer operation, maintenance, software and workflow.
Conduct print trials, product demonstrations and benchmark tests for prospective customers.
Support field teams with printhead alignment, ink system calibration and technical troubleshooting.

Qualifications
Strong technical support skills, including troubleshooting, customer interaction, and post-installation service.
Experience in software development or configuration related to industrial or printing applications.
Knowledge of electrical engineering principles relevant to digital printing machinery and automation systems.
