Job description:

Review drawings and relevant documents received from external consultants. Furnish final GFC drawings
End to end coordination between the consultants (RCC, MEP, Architect, MOEF,CFO etc)
Support Liaison team
All coordinating with the consultants as well and internal and external teams to collate data. To conduct on-site meetings and project consultant meetings and coordinate schedule
reviews.
To prepare project status reports / minutes of meetings.
Prepare/analyze information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and/ or construction time and provide inputs to agencies regarding the same
To plan and monitor the work of team members for on time completion
Creative thinking and a solid understanding of design trends in real estate Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience as Project Architect, handling end to end design development process
