Role Description The Team Leader role at Delhivery is a full-time, in office position based in Sindkhed Raja. This role is responsible for supervising daily hub or center operations, including shipment handling, loading and unloading activities, and adherence to service-level timelines.



The Team Leader will guide and coordinate a team of associates, manage work allocation and shift planning, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational issues, collaborating with other departments for smooth dispatch and delivery, and maintaining accurate documentation and system updates. The Team Leader is also expected to support continuous improvement initiatives, train team members, and help create a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Operational leadership skills with experience in team supervision, workload planning, and performance monitoring in logistics, warehousing, or related fields.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities, including shift management, resource allocation, and adherence to process and safety standards.
