Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Planning and Program Management skills to structure, schedule, and oversee multiple concurrent IT initiatives.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess project performance, and make informed decisions on risks and priorities.
Candidates should possess a sound foundation in Information Technology, including familiarity with web and mobile development lifecycles and common software tools.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, and to produce transparent documentation and reports.
Candidates should ideally have experience with Agile or other modern project management methodologies, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in IT project management.
Prior experience managing software development or digital product projects in an agency or tech environment is highly beneficial.
