Role Description The Event Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Bhopal. The Event Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute events from initial client inquiry through post-event review, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients to understand requirements, preparing proposals and budgets,



creating event plans and schedules, and coordinating with décor, production, catering, logistics, and technical teams. The role involves managing vendor relationships, overseeing on-ground setup and dismantling, supervising event staff, and ensuring smooth event operations and guest experience. The Event Manager will also handle risk assessment, contingency planning, approvals, and documentation, while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
