You will use data analysis and business skills to develop new processes, demonstrate compliance, and drive continual improvement — coordinating closely with cross-functional and cross-brand teams across the company.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

Operate the new Gated Trust Center (provided by DRATA), including access-rights management for customers, documentation management, and continuous improvement based on customer and internal feedback; develop a monitoring approach and KPIs to assess service efficiency.
Operate the public Dassault Systèmes Trust Center, including: updating resources on security, quality, availability, privacy, and AI; developing current content by partnering with stakeholders on white papers and position papers; improving content presentation (page organization, adding videos); monitoring analytics; and managing and coordinating the public Trust Center community of sec
