Role Description The Student Section Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalgaon. This position is responsible for maintaining and updating student records, managing documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry into institutional systems. The Student Section Clerk is expected to follow established procedures, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations in the student section.

Qualifications
The requirement is mainly for handling student scholarships section.
Strong record-keeping and data entry skills, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, student information systems) and comfort with digital documentation.
Effective communication skills for interacting with students, parents, faculty, and staff in a qualified manner.




Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to understand and follow institutional policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Prior experience in educational administration or clerical work is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification such as a higher secondary certificate or diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and maintain a student-friendly approach.
