Senior Product Manager | Working Capital (Enterprise Team)
What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On
Own the end-to-end Working Capital product strategy and roadmap globally - Capital Advance, Line of Credit, early pay and similar constructs.
Drive the full credit product lifecycle: eligibility, offer creation, underwriting, disbursement, collections, and repeat/renewal — designing for speed, scale, and trust.




Partner with Data Science and Risk to shape credit models and risk-based pricing.
Lead geographic and currency expansion and deepen marketplace integrations.
Define the north-star and success metrics and run experiments that move them.
Collaborate across Data, Design, Engineering, Risk, Legal/Compliance, and GTM to translate strategy into shipped business outcomes.
Have You Done This Kind of Stuff?
Robust 6+ years of experience delivering fintech, lending/credit, or platform products at scale, end-to-end from discovery to production.
Proven ability to ship data-driven products in close partnership with Data Science and Risk (models, underwriting, pricing).
Strong product sense and systems thinking across eligibility, offers, decisioning, and platform/API design.
Fluency with metrics, experimentation, and funnel optimization to drive conversion and retention.
