This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with engineering and leadership teams, drive business growth, and help bring cutting-edge technologies to market.
What We're Looking For
✅ B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics Engineering (Mandatory)
✅ 5+ years of experience in B2B Technical Sales / Engineering Sales
✅ Experience selling engineering, industrial automation, embedded, robotics, IoT, or other technically complex solutions
✅ Strong consultative selling, proposal development, negotiation, and deal-closing skills




✅ Comfortable engaging with CXOs, engineering teams, procurement, and technical stakeholders
✅ Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings, exhibitions, and business development
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business development and customer acquisition
• Manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle
• Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
• Build strategic customer and channel partner relationships
• Collaborate with R&D; and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and business forecasts
