About the Role
We are seeking an execution-driven E-Commerce Operations Manager with deep expertise in fashion marketplaces—specifically Myntra—and full-funnel digital channel management.

In this role, you will be a high-ownership individual contributor directly managing the end-to-end commercial, operational, and inventory performance for two distinct labels: Evam (clean, wearable daily essentials) and Memsahib (elevated, craft-led artisan couture). You will eliminate operational friction, safeguard account health, maintain strict brand differentiation, and drive profitable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Operations (Myntra-Focused + Ajio Luxe, Tata CLiQ Luxe, Nykaa Luxe)

Catalog & Listing Quality: Execute end-to-end cataloging, accurate attribute mapping, size chart configurations,



and image compliance per platform standards. Prevent duplicate listing violations via proper style grouping and SKU cloning workflows.

Algorithm & Discovery Optimization: Drive organic rank and revenue per listview (RPLV) through structured search indexing, keyword placement, and high-visibility tag optimization.

Account Health & Policy Governance: Monitor the Myntra Partner Portal daily. Proactively track and mitigate:

Product Quality Index (PQI): Maintain high customer ratings ($>4.0$) and minimize quality returns to prevent style suppression or bottom-decile delisting.

Seller Protection Fund (SPF) & Dispute Management: Lead end-to-end claims for damaged, used, or missing returns (RTS/RTO) within strict 14-day SLA windows using packing CCTV/VMS audit evidence.

Wrong Product Delivered (WPD) Control: Enforce zero-tolerance packing checks to stay well below the 50-complaint monthly threshold and avoid operational penalties.
