Role Description As a Business Development Manager – B2B – Edtech, you will drive growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing business opportunities with corporate clients and educational institutions. In this full-time, on-site role based in Pune, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.



You will collaborate closely with training and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs, prepare presentations and demos, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role also includes monitoring market trends, contributing to go-to-market strategies, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reports and insights to management.
Qualifications
Robust B2B business development experience in Edtech, IT training, or related services, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated skills in lead generation, client relationship management, negotiation, and closing enterprise or institutional deals.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and translate findings into actionable sales and partnership strategies.
Proficiency in preparing sales proposals, delivering client presentations, and communicating complex solutions in a clear, structured manner.
