We are looking for a Database & Research Executive who is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about data management and research.
Key Responsibilities
Database Management & Quality
Build and maintain master databases across multiple verticals.
Clean duplicate, incomplete, and inaccurate records.
Standardize company names, job titles, designations, and industry categories.
Manage database uploads, tagging, imports, and exports.
Prepare clean, verified, and segmented databases for email marketing campaigns.
Research & Data Intelligence
Find and collect accurate contact data through:
LinkedIn
Company websites
Conference & speaker lists
Business directories
Work with data enrichment and research tools such as Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo,
RocketReach, and ContactOut.
Support CRM management and email marketing automation activities.
Conduct data validation and enrichment to improve database accuracy.
Skills Required
Advanced Excel & Google Sheets
CRM handling & database management
Data cleaning and validation
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
Basic dashboarding and reporting
Robust research and analytical skills
High attention to detail
