Role Description This is an internship role for a Social Media Marketing Intern based in Navi Mumbai, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The intern will support day-to-day social media activities, including planning, creating, and scheduling content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Responsibilities include monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and assisting in running campaigns that promote study abroad guidance and services. The role also involves basic research on trends,



competitors, and audience behavior to inform content ideas, as well as collaborating with the team to track performance and suggest improvements. The intern will help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style that reflects The Chill Guide’s supportive and student-focused approach.

Qualifications

Solid interest and basic skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing concepts.
Effective written and verbal Communication skills suitable for student-focused content.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Navi Mumbai, managing time and tasks responsibly.
Creativity, attention to detail, and openness to feedback and learning.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic analytics tools is an advantage.
