Dili Clothing is a growing streetwear and casual fashion brand focused on oversized silhouettes, bold graphics, and premium everyday apparel. We’re looking for a T-Shirt Graphic Designer who understands contemporary streetwear culture and can create designs that feel fresh, relevant, and commercially solid.

What You’ll Do
Create original, trend-driven graphics for oversized T-shirts and apparel.
Develop concepts inspired by current streetwear, youth culture, typography, illustrations, graphics, and visual trends.
Turn creative ideas into production-ready T-shirt print artwork.
Experiment with typography, compositions, illustrations, symbols, textures, and mixed-media aesthetics.
Create multiple design directions and variations based on brand requirements.
Prepare artwork correctly for DTF, screen printing, and other print techniques.
Work closely with the creative and product team to develop new collections.
Research upcoming fashion and graphic design trends to keep the brand visually relevant.

What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of streetwear, fashion graphics,



and Gen-Z aesthetics.
Excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
Strong typography and composition skills.
Ability to create original artwork rather than simply replicating existing designs.
Good understanding of print limitations, color separation, sizing, and production files.
A strong sense of visual storytelling and commercial design.
Ability to work independently and deliver designs within deadlines.
Portfolio is mandatory. T-shirt/apparel design work will be highly preferred.

Bonus If You Have
Experience designing for fashion or streetwear brands.
Knowledge of DTF, screen printing, embroidery, puff print, or other apparel techniques.
Experience creating graphics using illustration, collage, distressed textures, vintage treatments, or experimental typography.
Understanding of what makes a graphic look good on an oversized silhouette and sell as a product.
