? Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to own our brand presence across social platforms and build our influencer marketing engine from the ground up.
This role is responsible for driving audience growth, engagement, and brand-led demand through platform-native content and creator partnerships. The ideal candidate blends editorial instinct with commercial discipline — able to build a content calendar, negotiate with creators,



and prove ROI on every rupee spent.
You will work closely with leadership, brand, performance marketing, design, and client teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Social Media Strategy
Define and execute the social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
Own the monthly content calendar, publishing cadence, and platform-specific tone of voice.
Build campaign narratives that align with brand positioning and business objectives.
Track competitor and category trends to keep content culturally relevant.
Content & Community
Lead ideation and copy for organic posts, carousels, reels, and short-form video.
Partner with design and video teams to move ideas from brief to publish.
