Job Purpose:
* This position is part of the India HR {People & culture (P&C;)} team
responsible for supporting Total Rewards and Benefits activities in India.
* The role is to provide support for design, manage, revise and delivery for
all employee benefits and wellness/ wellbeing initiatives & Policies for all
India across multiple benefits & Policies types through interacting with
various internal stakeholders and leaderships and external vendors and third
party partner for all employees in India.
* This position is also responsible for providing ongoing Benefits & Policies
education to the People & culture (P&C;) and business to ensure understanding
of Perks & policies processes and governance requirement and bringing new,
innovative and prevalent industry standard best practices benefits and
policies.
Job Role:
* Support and independently drive, as required, the end-to-end design,
assessment, administration, and management of Benefits & Policies programs in
India, ensuring alignment with business and employee need
