Role Description The Teaching Professional will deliver high-quality lessons in areas such as Phonics, English Reading, Maths, Abacus, and primary-level subjects, using age-appropriate teaching methods. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and organizing lessons, facilitating interactive classroom activities, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to learners and families.



The role also involves collaborating with other educators, participating in training sessions, and contributing to a positive and safe learning setting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada, requiring regular presence at the centre.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience working with primary-age children.
Ability to design engaging lesson plans and structured learning activities aligned with curriculum goals.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
Experience in Training or mentoring learners, with patience and a learner-centered approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred; relevant diplomas or certifications in early childhood or primary education are an advantage.
Proficiency in English; familiarity with local languages in Andhra Pradesh is beneficial.
