Role Description The Sales Support Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting the sales team in managing day-to-day operations and client interactions. This role includes preparing quotations, proposals,



and presentations; maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities; and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth project handovers. The Sales Support Coordinator will handle customer queries, follow up on prospects, schedule meetings and site visits, and help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include generating reports, updating CRM or sales tracking tools, assisting with documentation, and supporting the sales leadership in organizing reviews and forecasting activities. The position is offered at a compensation level of 4 LPA.
