Role Description The Front Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at The Fern Hotels & Resorts in Belagavi. This role oversees daily front office operations, including reception, guest services, reservations, and lobby management,



ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes and a consistently high standard of guest satisfaction. The Front Office Manager leads and schedules front office team members, provides coaching and performance feedback, and ensures adherence to brand standards and service protocols. Responsibilities include managing room inventory, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, resolving guest concerns promptly, and maintaining accurate reports and documentation. The role also involves monitoring front office procedures, optimizing workflows, supporting revenue goals, and upholding the brand’s focus on personalized, environmentally conscious hospitality.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in front office operations, guest services, and lobby management within hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment.
