Role Description: The Admission Counsellor is a full-time, in office role based in Thrissur, responsible for guiding prospective learners and their families through the admission process. This role involves responding to inquiries, explaining programs and services, and supporting applicants from initial contact through enrollment. The Admission Counsellor will maintain accurate records of leads and admissions,



coordinate with teaching staff to understand course offerings, and ensure a welcoming, informative experience for all visitors. Daily activities include follow-up communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings, participation in outreach events, and collaboration with the team to meet admission targets while upholding the institution’s student-centric values.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal communication skills to engage with students, families, and staff effectively.
Customer service skills to provide a supportive, responsive, and informative admission experience.
Sales skills to effectively present programs, address concerns, and support prospective learners in decision-making.
Education-related understanding or experience to explain course structures, learning pathways, and career prospects.
Relevant experience in admissions, counseling, or educational services is preferred.
