Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, responsible and hands-on Operations Executive who can take ownership of social events from planning to final execution.

At Toss the Balloon, we create birthdays, baby showers and other social celebrations, and this role requires someone who understands the practical side of events—not just coordination on paper.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end execution of birthday parties, baby showers and social events.

Coordinate with clients, decorators, vendors, photographers, artists and internal teams.

Understand the event requirements and convert them into a clear execution plan.

Manage event setup, decor, timelines, vendors and on-ground requirements.

Ensure all materials, props and décor items reach the venue on time.





Be present at events and supervise the complete setup and execution.

Handle last-minute changes and solve on-ground problems quickly.

Coordinate dismantling and ensure all company inventory is safely collected after the event.

Maintain vendor coordination, inventory and event-related records.

Ensure every event is executed according to the promised design, quality and timeline.

Take complete ownership of the event until successful completion.
