About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Founder's Office Associate to work closely with the founders on strategic initiatives, business planning, cross-functional execution, and special projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure across all business functions and contribute directly to key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the founders to drive strategic and operational initiatives.
Track business performance through reports, dashboards, and key metrics.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of high-priority projects.
Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support business decisions.
Prepare presentations, business reviews, and investor/leadership decks.
Monitor project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and follow up on action items.
Analyze business data and provide insights to improve performance.
Support new business initiatives, process improvements,
and expansion projects.
Organize leadership meetings, prepare agendas, and document key action points.
Handle ad hoc strategic projects assigned by the founders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2–5 years of experience in Founder's Office, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Investment Banking, or a similar role.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of ownership, attention to detail, and execution excellence.
