What You'll Do:
✅ Manage day-to-day branch operations and lead the branch team
✅ Deliver an exceptional patient and family experience
✅ Receive routed leads, convert them into centre visits and admissions, revenue generation and track progress in the CRM
✅ Ensure continuity of enrolled families through timely renewals,



fee collection, drop-out prevention, and re-engagement initiatives
✅ Drive customer satisfaction, admissions, and retention
✅ Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and smooth centre functioning

What We're Looking For:

Mandatory:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (commerce / arts / hospitality / healthcare
administration preferred).
• Fluency in English plus Telugu and/or Hindi (centre-language-appropriate).
• Demonstrated customer service orientation; warm, premium-healthcare-grade
demeanour.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).
• Willingness to complete GPT-OS® Administrator Orientation within 15 days of joining.

Preferred:
• 3–8 years' experience in customer service, healthcare administration, sales or
hospitality.
• Lead conversion and sales experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare service delivery environments.
