Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The person in this role will identify and develop new business opportunities, including building relationships with colleges, training institutes, corporate partners, and individual learners. Typical responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline,



conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to close deals. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs, maintaining ongoing account relationships, and tracking performance metrics and market trends. The Senior Business Development Executive will also contribute to growth strategies, participate in promotional activities, and represent Protrainy at events and industry forums.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Business growth, with experience in identifying opportunities and expanding market presence.
