Program Manager (Technical)

Location: Bangalore (Domlur)

Experience: 10–15 Years

We are looking for a highly technical, business-orientated programme manager who can own complex software delivery from concept to production.

This is not a traditional project coordination role. We need someone who takes complete ownership of delivery, works directly with customers, challenges requirements, manages risks, and drives cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, Business, Operations, and Customer stakeholders while ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.

Candidates from technology services organizations who have delivered enterprise software implementations in rapid-paced environments will be preferred.





Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Program Ownership

Own the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering to production release.
Translate business requirements into actionable engineering workstreams.
Drive planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Ensure successful delivery across multiple parallel initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the bridge between customers, business teams, engineering, QA, DevOps, and operations.
Build credibility with senior stakeholders and influence decisions without formal authority.
Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment across functions.
Escalate issues effectively while maintaining strong working relationships.

Technical Program Management

Work closely with architects and engineering teams to understand technical dependencies.
Review solution approaches with engineering.
