Job Description
Associate Project Manager
We are looking for a proactive and organized Associate Project Manager with around 3 years of experience in project coordination and delivery, preferably within the eCommerce, ERP, or technology consulting industry.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, robust project tracking and reporting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through delivery.
Track project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
Maintain and manage project work items, boards, tasks, sprints, and status updates in Azure DevOps.
Coordinate with development, QA, functional, business,
and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Monitor project progress against planned timelines and proactively highlight delays, risks, and dependencies.
Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, trackers, and management updates.
Conduct regular follow-ups with team members on assigned tasks and deliverables.
Assist in sprint planning, daily/weekly project tracking, review meetings, and project status discussions.
Ensure project documentation, action items, decisions, and meeting minutes are maintained accurately.
Support identification, tracking, and mitigation of project risks and issues.
Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, priorities, and delivery expectations.
Escalate project-related concerns to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
Help ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
