.Key Responsibilitie
s1. Financial Control & Accounting Operations
Lead and mentor a dedicated Finance & Accounts team of 4 professionals. Ensure day-to-day accounting hygiene, timely book closure, and zero-error reconciliations
.Manage end-to-end statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC)
and lead the coordination with external auditors to ensure smooth, timely audits
.2. Receivables Management & Escalations (Cash Flow Focus)
Direct Ownership: Take charge of the collections process. This involves telephonic interaction with client finance teams to expedite payments and resolve billing disputes
.Senior Intervention: Act as the ultimate escalation authority for severely delayed payments, intervening directly with client stakeholders to resolve complex collection roadblocks and secure funds
.Monitor DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) aggressively to ensure working capital availability
.3. Commercial Contracts & Legal Oversight * Review, draft, and approve key commercial agreements, including NDAs, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and the general financial/commercial terms within Statements of Work (SOWs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
