Role Description The Senior Production Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The individual in this role will oversee daily production activities, ensuring transformers are manufactured according to design specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.



Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, optimizing workflows, monitoring equipment performance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as design, quality, and maintenance. The Senior Production Engineer will implement and maintain quality control procedures, analyze production data to improve efficiency, and support troubleshooting of technical issues on the shop floor.
