Role Description The Customer Support Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, provide timely and accurate information, and ensure a positive support experience. Daily responsibilities include resolving service and product-related issues,



documenting interactions, escalating complex cases to technical teams, and following up to confirm resolution and satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring support tickets, maintaining knowledge of company products and services, and contributing to process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
