Role Description The Customer Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the customer experience across sales and service touchpoints. This role includes managing customer interactions, handling escalations,



and ensuring timely resolution of concerns to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty. The individual will coordinate with sales, service, and aftersales teams to monitor feedback, implement improvement initiatives, and uphold brand standards in communication and service delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking customer metrics, preparing reports for management, conducting follow-ups with key customers, and organizing customer engagement activities. The Customer Relations Manager will also contribute to process enhancements, training frontline staff on customer service best practices, and supporting retention and referral programs.
Qualifications
Strong customer service, relationship management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience in handling customer queries, complaint resolution, and escalation management.
Ability to analyze customer feedback, prepare reports, and use CRM or dealership management systems.
