Good understanding and experience working with one or more of the following:
Cisco Unified Communications
Manager (CUCM)
Cisco Unity Connection (CUC)
Cisco IM & Presence (IM&P;)
Cisco Expressway
Cisco CUBE/Voice Gateway
Cisco Webex/Microsoft Teams Voice
Recording Servers
Robust understanding of SIP, RTP, SCCP, VOIP calls and hands-on experience on Cisco IOS CLI.
Good knowledge of dial plans, call routing and voice gateway concepts.
Experience troubleshooting voice quality issues, registration failures and SIP-related issues. Experience using Cisco RTMT for monitoring and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with VMware-based UC deployments.
Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NTP, VLANs and QoS.
Knowledge of certificates like PKI, Certificate management,



CSR generation, certificate renewal, security concepts and TLS in Cisco Collaboration environments.
Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
Good-to-Have
Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 support environment
And collaborate with cross-functional teams. Exposure to service transition projects, especially right after a Greenfield UC deployment.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Provide operational support for a large-scale Cisco Unified Communications (UC) and Collaboration environment via ticketing tool (Service Now)
Monitor and support Cisco Collaboration infrastructure to ensure high availability and service continuity.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to voice, video and collaboration technologies within defined SLAs.
Support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), IM & Presence (IM&P;), Cisco Emergency Responder,
