Job Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor PEB erection and structural steel installation activities at site.
Ensure erection work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, fabricators, and site teams for smooth execution.
Check alignment, level, plumb, bolting, welding, and installation of PEB structures.
Monitor daily manpower, material availability, equipment, and work progress.
Prepare daily progress reports, site reports, and work completion updates.
Coordinate with the design/technical team for drawing clarifications and site-related issues.
Ensure proper installation of roofing, cladding, PUF panels, accessories, and related works.
Monitor site safety requirements and ensure workers follow safety procedures.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager/Project Engineer for timely resolution.




Maintain records of materials received, utilized, and pending at site.
Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline and required quality standards.
Required Skills
Positive knowledge of PEB erection and structural steel construction.
Ability to read and understand GA, erection, fabrication, and structural drawings.
Knowledge of bolting, welding, alignment, and leveling of steel structures.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage site manpower and subcontractors.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
Qualification
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice preferred
