Role Description The Front Desk Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rishikesh/Dehradun, India. This role oversees day-to-day front desk operations, including managing check-in and check-out processes, supervising receptionist duties, and ensuring that reservations are handled accurately and efficiently. The Front Desk Manager maintains high standards of customer service, resolves guest queries and concerns, and promotes a friendly, inclusive workplace. Responsibilities include coordinating with housekeeping and other teams,



managing front desk schedules, monitoring occupancy and room allocations, and maintaining clear, professional communication with guests and staff. The role also involves implementing front desk procedures, supporting training of front desk team members, and contributing to initiatives that improve guest satisfaction and hostel reputation.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on delivering a positive guest experience.
Experience with front desk operations, including Receptionist Duties and managing Reservations using hostel or hotel booking systems.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.
Prior experience in hospitality, especially in hostels or hotels, and familiarity with basic front office administration.
