Working days and time: Monday to Friday, 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM IST

Tech

Core OS: Solid administration of RHEL (8, 9) and Windows Server 2022.
Maintenance: Routine patching, system updates, and upgrades.
Identity: Full management of Windows Active Directory and GPOs.
Virtualization Basic VMware administration and foundational networking.
DCDR Operations: Hands-on participation in Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) drill activities.
Ops & Tools: Server monitoring ,ticketing systems.
Troubleshooting: Advanced, cross-platform diagnostic skills for both Linux and Windows environments.

Ops

Familiar with ticketing tool and monitoring tool
Experienced in working from customer office and demonstrating ownership
Familiar with ITIL process
