Role Description The Fundraiser/Marketing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role supports fundraising efforts by identifying potential donors,



assisting with outreach campaigns, and maintaining donor relationships through timely communication and follow-up. The Fundraiser/Marketing Assistant helps plan and execute marketing and awareness activities, including social media posts, basic promotional materials, and event support. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing reports on fundraising and marketing performance, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and providing courteous, responsive support to donors and stakeholders. The role also involves assisting in sales and sponsorship pitches, documenting interactions, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.
Qualifications
