About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented *MIS Professional* to manage business reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and performance tracking. The candidate will be responsible for transforming raw business data into meaningful insights that support management decision-making and improve overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities

* Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to prepare accurate *MIS reports*.
* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
* Track *KPIs, business performance, trends, and operational metrics*.
* Develop and maintain dashboards for management and department-level reporting.
* Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reports.




* Generate actionable insights to support management decision-making.
* Work closely with different departments to collect and validate required data.
* Automate recurring reports and improve existing MIS processes.
* Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
* Maintain proper documentation of reports, databases, and reporting processes.
* Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications

* *3–5 years of experience* in MIS, Reporting, Business Analytics, or a related role.
* *Master’s degree* in IT, Statistics, Commerce, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
* Solid proficiency in *MS Excel*, including:

* Advanced formulas
* Pivot Tables
* VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
* Conditional formatting
* Data validation
* Charts and dashboards
* Working knowledge of *SQL* and database management.
* Experience with *Power BI /
