Role: L3 Network Engineer (Strategy & Technical Leadership)

Objective
To provide expert-level technical oversight, lead complex architectural migration strategies, and act as the final escalation point for critical network incidents while ensuring high availability and robust performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Deployment
Lead large-scale network migration projects and complex deployments from conception to execution.
Act as the ultimate technical authority and lead architect during critical cutover windows and major deployments.
Technical Oversight & Maintenance Windows (MW)
Provide expert "on-call" support during high-stakes night-time maintenance windows.
Rigorously review, validate, and approve Method of Procedures (MOPs) submitted for high-risk network activities.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Optimization
Conduct thorough,
deep-dive RCAs for complex network outages and systemic failures.
Design and implement long-term preventative measures, network optimizations, and resilience improvements.
Automation & Mentorship
Architect and develop Python and Ansible automation scripts to streamline provisioning, deployment, and operational tasks.
Mentor L2 engineers, elevating team capabilities on advanced routing protocols, architectural design, and complex troubleshooting techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 6 to 10 years of extensive networking experience within large-scale service provider or hyper-scale enterprise environments.
Technical Expertise:
Expert-level mastery of MPLS-Traffic Engineering (MPLS-TE), Segment Routing (SR), and high-availability design patterns.
Advanced proficiency in core routing, switching, and carrier-grade network architecture.
Leadership & Competencies: Strong project management mindset with a proven ability to lead cross-functio
