Role Description The Quality Control Microbiology Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bavla. This role is responsible for performing routine and non-routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and environmental monitoring in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
The officer will document and review test results, maintain laboratory records, calibrate and operate microbiological instruments, and support investigations of deviations or out-of-specification results. The role includes contributing to continuous improvement of QC microbiology practices, supporting validation activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Production and Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with GMP standards and company policies. The officer will also assist in training team members on microbiological techniques, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
