We are seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale residential housing projects from inception through to completion. This is a dynamic prospect for a hands-on professional with strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in delivering successful construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of residential development projects, from town planning to final handover.
Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Collaborate with external professional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and quick resolution of issues.
Monitor project performance, manage risks, and produce detailed reports and documentation.
Maintain strong site presence to guide, support, and oversee project delivery on the ground.

Experience & Qualifications

3 - 5 years’ experience in as Construction Manager, Junior Project Manager, Project Manager, Site Manager.




Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Site management background is essential.
