We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor – Pre & post contract to join our team at Chennai.

? Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Vendor negotiation meetings to optimize rates and commercial terms jointly with the Client Team. Issue the Commercial clearance certificate for further processing.
Carry out Bill certification for Civil, Interior, and MEP works, etc.,, including coordination with PMC/ Client team.
Manage Final bill closure, ensuring reconciliation of quantities, costs, and contractual adjustments.
Support PCC (Payment Clearance Certificate)



issuance through validation of vendor submissions and compliance with BOQ provisions.
Maintain documentation for BOQs, rate analyses, tender comparisons, and vendor correspondences for audit and reference.
Coordinate with project teams for variation approvals, cost control, and timely closure of commercial activities.
Subsequent NT rate approval closure based on client and site requirements.
Maintain CAF Tracker against Tender closure and bill certification Activities.
Prepare the monthly Report with performing tender and bill savings details with necessary backups to submit with client team.
